As the title suggest.

I was thinking of maybe using it as a hotel booking for people looking for two single bed.

Or maybe a travel buddy site sharing one room to save cost?

What do you think? Any value in the name?

Personally I really really like the domain name and I think it can turn into a very nice website or community for travellers, backpackers etc.
You could work with the hostel niche as they are the king of room sharing.
I also think it's very very brandable so it was a great find imo.

On the downside I am not sure if the domain itself has a real value itself especially a reseller value. Meaning with that, that you will probably have to go straight to end users or to someone who wants to develop that name as I am afraid not many domainers would buy it for a price you could like.

In addition I think it would be very expensive to make your road into such a competitive niche like hotels/booking/travel but I can be wrong.
If you want to make a website out of it I think you have a very nice brandable and self defining domain name which is always a bonus; you will have to find a creative way to drive traffic to it I think, unless you can afford to spend xxx.xxx or more to rank.

Yes its good name and can be sold to any real estate end user only after developing the website on it or so.

Wow many thanks for your detailed advice. Yea, I'm really keen on developing it but I know it'll be very competitive. Maybe if I narrow it down to a smaller niche to a geo location?

And does it really cost xxx,xxx to rank?? That's a lot

Pleasure. I was really impressed with your find while browsing the hand reg thread.

xxx.xxx was just a number I thew there but keep in mind you will have to compete with " people " like booking, trivago, expedia, hotelcompare, hotels, just to name a few. Those guys invest millions per year in CPC, advertising, marketing and so on.

I am not excluding that you can rank for less competitive keywords or long tail ones but it might take some SEO advice if you are not big on that. You can, though, put your efforts into social media : FB page & twitter account and many others. Your traffic will then come from there.

Also...try to be unique! Try to appeal to a very specific niche and then you will grow and grow...
