Thank you for the valuation. When using the godaddy evaluation tool, it does say that the domain was sold for $500 before. Does this fact improve the appraisal?

Unfortunately, many times, previous sales fall through, but are never updated as falling through and still show confirmed. There's also the instances of fake sales with duplicated accounts. That's not even counting all the times someone paid way too much for a domain than they should have and got stuck with it, eventually letting it drop without ever being developed or used for anything. :/
