I have no idea, never parked or developed the domain...

Assume 0.

One thing for sure (and I am doing it most of the time with my exact match .coms), start a WP-Blog or Minisite (custom-made or a free CMS like Noomle) add a few unique keyword rich articles (you can order them from my writer team but I only accept bulk orders at the moment), get a couple good banklinks with the right anchor text and you'll be ranking in a couple months in the top 10 of G. and get a good chunk of the organic traffic.
