.tv TV.com - Any traffic?

So Now that everyone has been buying up TV.Com.Any traffic?

I just checked sedo yesterday, and specialeventtv.com has gotten 486 visits from Australia in the last 4 days!!! (Sedo has yet to update the stats on the sales page)

Even if this is a fluke traffic spurt from sedo, it is far more of a traffic burst than I have got on a .TV, or a .com for that matter LOL. For the life of me I cant figure out why there is traffic to such a name. :kickass:

I have hawtv.com. Receives steady traffic, had 162 visits in the last 32 days, with a click through rate of 10.49%.

I was talking about this yesterday with a developer.

I seem to be getting more traffic on some of my TV.com names than their corresponding .TV names. These are not promoted in any way.

I have four that have done the past month with figures over 60. One of these is MPSTV .com

However, the strangest 'hit monster from nowhere' is not a TV.com but a .TV - Cannock .tv which - in the 15 days I have had it on SEDO - has tallied 363 uniques.

Haven't the faintest why - but I think it may pay for itself this year.

My biggest traffic one is a tv.net believe it or not. Cooltv.net gets anywhere from 36 to 80 a day.

I like the LLLtv.com Jimbo MPS is a nice one I have seen traffic and interest on a lot of LLLtv.com Including actually L L L tv.com

Many of them get spillover traffic from developed .tv's.

Yep, I get traffic on some of my TV.com names, even a tv.tv name. Currnetly they are sitting at No3 & No4 spot after 2 .tv names. Actually, they're all foriegn TV.com names, not in English

My best earner has been Affair(dot)tv which in the last 2 weeks or so since I changed over to Sedo again, earned me €9.22! Have no idea why it's getting so much traffic & clicks but I ain't complaining

PeachTV.com does 150 a month makes a couple $

The overlooked extension IMO is .org, I have LLtv.org that get traffic and geo and foreign like AustraliaTV.org and Gratistv.org. USAchannel.org for whatever reason has had 8,9and 15 uniques the last three days not sure why but its cool.

The other thing is TV traffic at least can be bundled and used for something.
VIDEO is universal, so if you have a site that you develop and you have 10 other tv.com or tv.org that get 2 or 3 a day, that adds up now you redirect to the developed site and you got 30 uniques a day coming to the site. IF you have good content they may comeback even if they do not speak the language because a pretty woman is a pretty woman in any language, funny for the most part is funny(a blooper site) Fast Cars or Fast boats are the same in any language too. Now you start to build your site or "CHANNEL" like a cable channel you start getting viewers from the redirects of all your non targeted tv.com/tv.org traffic. Traffic can add up and that's what you want. Who knows someone who came there blogs about it brings you more traffic and you can just keep building it.

Its currently at 652 uniques!!!

99.7 from Australia, the sedo parking page has just started tracking hits, it now shows 2 days of traffic, about 145, hopefully it will update the rest of the traffic.

just checked how many hits i got last month on my parked names
And it's all together 11k + :yell: , and this month at 1,6K and counting
if i get one site developed and redirect all of those traffics to it, its pretty nice driven traffic, and if let say 10% of it come back again then it will still bring 1k traffic, each month. and now do the math
I will sure give a try ... someday

Good Lord I hope this keeps up! 739 uniques, it seems to be pulling an average of 80 uniques a day. I wish I knew why! I could set the Keywords and get some CTR. I checked the corresponding .TV domains and TV.com domains but I dont see any developed sites that the traffic would spill off of. Oh well as long as it keeps up who cares!

man thats sweet, I wish any of my names would pull that kind of traffic and its really weird how out of nowhere they started going there. I wish I knew why. Maybe a big advertiser has a name similar to yours and its some sort of typo? This is the strangest thing. Hope it keeps coming though. How is your CTR?

Im not sure what they are looking for LOL! I have switched the keywords from webarchiv LOL to special events but they are obviously looking for a specific thing.
