It has over 5900 currently approved (9 of them written by me and listed on other popular tutorial sites). It uses TutorialMS (free), which provides a very powerful and customizable backend.
It requires very little maintenance, just the occasional approving of tutorials is all that is needed.
Traffic Statistics: There is about ~140+ uniques a day, most of them from search engines.

Revenue Statistics: Not much revenue to speak of, a few Adsense ads have brought in only about $5 a month. Would probably be better of with another method of monetization.
