TutorialToday.com is an index of various tutorials generally relating to web development or graphics software. It has over 5900 currently approved (9 of them written by me and listed on other popular tutorial sites). It uses TutorialMS (free), which provides a very powerful and customizable backend.

It requires very little maintenance, just the occasional approving of tutorials is all that is needed.

Traffic Statistics: There is about ~140+ uniques a day, most of them from search engines.
