My site is something like good-tutorials.com or pixel2life
take a look to understand what i want to sell.

i will not sell my domain because i have worked a lot to promote (now i have a few visitators 50 % bookmark my site)

I want to sell the site with database.
i don;t know how works with 301 redirect
I have worked over 3 months for this site.

Also a 301 is a permanent redirect, if I purchased the site I woule require a 301 redirect for at least a year. This is accomplished with a .htaccess file

Yes ,the people can submit their sites but you have to aproove them.
You have a admin panel from where you can change everything.
