I have developed this website to an extent.

http://tutorialempire.com i mean its got all the features, and my friend and I are currently adding tutorials here and there.

When you apraise this, please include the website....

If you look at the site, it tells you the total unique hits but the total hasnt grown all that much, it has grown some but not a lot. But theres at least 45-70 people visiting every day, and show some activity.

Anyone?

wow Cody - I love this site - especially the design, gives me the sort of templatemonster page flip kinda feeling, whcih is never a bad thing

By means of the site - a lot of the value would have to do with what the revenue of the site was getting. If you're not making a lot of money from it, it might not be worth too much to someone.

In saying that, If I were in the market for a tutorial site, I would make a $350+ offer, and saying that means the very minimum.

Best of luck if you are trying to sell this, I would like to see it kept up and potentially gain more and more value as you add more and more content...

Thanks a lot, i have figured i will add around 200-300 tutorials a week, and seeing that i have only been open for about 3 or 4 days, i think its doing well Before i end up selling it (if i do) there will be atleast 3,000 tutorials in the database.

I love the design too, unique created by my friend, inreturn for some hosting.

Look at what other tutorial sites have (but do not steal) and go from there, look at questions in the forums and translate answers given by members into full blown written tutorials, link to NamePros, sell off the site, repeat.

Adventually I will be adding a section for my own tutorials
Adding a forum now, i know its a bit early, but with people that do come back... they might signup and ask some questions, and i know i can probally answer most everyone of the questions.

when you mean sell of the site, what do you mean?
