I just bought this site a month ago when it was 7 days old. I haven't even added an adsense channel for it yet so I have no way to prove how much money it's made me but I can say with confidence my adsense revenue increased slightly per day.

I don't advertise this site anywhere but in my sig and on SiteFight.com where it constantly stays in the top 3! (#2 right now )

Custom script originally coded by axilant but I have upgraded it and added a few features and fixed "minor" bugs (axilant did a very good job).

BONUS: I plan to add a lot more functionality to the script in the coming weeks when I have time and possibly release it as a full paid CMS. The owner of this site will be entitled to free updgrades and first shot at the latest version.

Not looking to make major profit off this just getting what I paid for it plus time and money invested. The code work I did plus the advertising "Link To Us" button.

Actually I had it backwards sorry :red:. The webalizer stats are actually 10 to 20 more uniques per day than the Awstats stats.

Well the site already has a CMS if that's what you're asking. Admin can login and approve/dissaprove new tutorials, delete dead ones and add new ones manually.So the site CMS is in place and it works fine if that's your concern.

It is my intention to have a V2.0 of he CMS fully ready for distro within 1 month from today. With a lot of advanced features and the new owner will be entitled to a free copy as I will be selling licenses. But as far as guaranteeing I'll have it finished by a certain date I won't do because that's my own project and has nothign to do with this sale.

I'll do that now but I have a few people interested. No BINs yet but this will probably be sold before we even get any results from that.

Ok well you asked so the channel has been added. If you go to the site and view source you can verify this is now a channel ID.

Also added a banner at the top. If adding that top banner proves to really increase revenue substantially I may pull this off the market.

Yes there is an admin backend. Pease see post #6.

As for revenue it has made only $1.58 since the 13th but I removed it from all of my sigs so traffic drop is probably the reason.
