At this stage all I need is an estimate of how long it would take and a price please, please PM price if possible.

Ok,

I want to make a 2D & 3D Tutorial site where users can submit their own tutorials etc after being approved by the admin, I want the layout of the site to be similar to hotscripts.com , expect where the different categories are it would be different application names, obviously to look different but in essence have the same features. A user login area, backend admin etc.

Of course if someone knows a script that is available that will do all this already please let me know. Anyway a quote would be good thanks
