No real value I'm afraid. There are plenty of these kinds of names left in the .net and .info extensions, so I'm sorry to say that you're not looking at much of anything, really.

stick to .com, if at all want to go for .info, go for short and dictionary words rather than random letters. tttz.info can be sold for lowxx or high x.

ddek.net is worth reg fee, but tttz.info can fetch you $10 - $20 imo.
