TTK.net
I have been offered US$ 1000, how much should i ask for?

LLL.nets seems to have increased in value in the last year, many sold above 7.5k, some sell for around 10K US$ in the last year, such as, FGH.net, GWK.net.
bin.net, sin.net, rtb.net, fxx.net all sold for over 15k.

i can't see why this one would not also sell for say 4-5k?

I would personally give you more than 1k for it. I can also tell you that there are fairly large companies that would benefit from it. My immediate thought is with a tennis clothing company that used to sponsor me called ttk.

It's worth more than 1k I'm sure.

I actually think .net has tanked a little bit.
I bought one LLL.net for less than 1K. Not a crap combo.
Yet I think this one should sell for more than 1K. There is no way you should sell for $100.
I mean, if you have owned (and renewed) this domain for a few years, you may already have spent at least $100 on it. It's like selling a good domain at a loss right ?

But let's be real here, not every LLL.net is worth 4.5K or 7.5K... each domain sale is different and subject to unique circumstances. That doesn't mean your domain will never sell in that range. It could, if you have the right buyer who wants the domain badly. But you might also never sell if you are asking price is too inflexible. For your domain to be worth 4K, there must be an end user actually willing to pay 4K....

A small advice, just google TTK and look how many companies have this acronym in their domain. Look at the company info, how big it is, what field it is working in, etc. and then try to reach them. Depending on the worth of the company you could ask 1k-10k, or even more... But, as sdscinc said, there must be an interested end user.

However, your domain is worth a good amount of money, no doubts.

Reply like this,

"Please make an offer in the mid xxxx range".....Then wait for the right offer ...patience is the key in Domaining..There are many examples here at namepros .:D

This is a good letter combination with several potential endusers. 1K is in the lower end but three letter .net domains are certainly not selling them selves these days so it very much depends on your situation and visions for this domain. You can make a low-mid $xxxx counter offer with a reference to recent sales of similar domains, and see how that is received. Recent years the prices of three letter .net domains have been quite stable in contrast to three letter .com domains that have had a stable rise in value.
