domain TSql.info

I need appraisal for TSql.info domain name.

I am not sure if it is a Trademark or not.
Could some advaise on this domain.
As far as i know tsql stands for Transact - Sql language used by sybase & microsoft.

Even if it had an obscure use, they would go to .com or .net and not .info
