Rough guide prices for these two domain would be greatly appreciated:

I already put SaverSpace.com in the Make Offers section here on NP but had no interest in it.

Would it be easy to find end-users for these do you think?

I was thinking the same thing about viral marketing products and services, it's a growing market.

Trueviral is certainly a good name. Personally however I think in this sense true is the wrong word and trulyviral would be a better choice but of course that has been registered since last year.

SaverSpace.com has potential. I think you may do better trying to develop it rather than selling as is however. It could be a good name for a site for information and reveiws of for example saving schemes/banks etc.

I think it's a close one between trueviral and trulyviral but I appreciate your point.

How much do you think i have to develop it? I always wonder how far people think you should go when they suggest development?

Can I just build the site or do I need to wait until the traffic builds up aswell?

With development to sell if you can build traffic all the better as it will only increase the price, However if the site is built well and has valuable content then you can get a good price without traffic.
