Hello all. I am new here. I wanted to know what this might fetch. It was an established online poker site. TripleXPoker.net is fully operational and it looks like it is making a lot of money.

I will give it 50$ for now.
But you can get much more if developped.

This name is caught in a steamy love triangle, Should it pair up with TripleXPoker.net or XXXpoker.com? A marriage with these suitors for at least low XXX should be highly pursued before settling for a one nightstand as a mid xx forum flip.

The problem with this domain is that it has exactly one potential end-user and it's not really valuable to anyone else.

I'd guess you could probably squeeze $500 or so from TripleXPoker.net's owners... no more than $1500, though, because they would probably be able to snag it for that in a UDRP if they really wanted it. That's pretty much your only profitable move with this domain, and developing it would be a really bad idea imo because of the trademark issue with triplexpoker.net.

TESS shows no trademarks for triplexpoker, triplex poker, triple x poker, or xxx poker. So the op needs to dig into this deeper.

Domai, I'm new here too but I've been in the biz for 15 years. To say I know a bit about TM and domain issues would be an understatement. Lawyers consult with me on damage claims they're filing for domains that infringe on their clients' trademarks.

You may be sitting on a gold mine if TripleXPoker.net has not been properly registered and copyright protected as an earlier post suggests. I'd check it out very thoroughly, onshore and offshore, and if the TM is unregistered do so in your name, TripleXPoker.com. Then you can approach the .net owner to buy your domain at your price. Since you own the trademark (if you can get it) their only other option would be to cease operating under your registered trade mark.

But even if the business has not registered the TM, doesn't it have common law rights to the name?
