Triple.com

Does anyone know if triple.com is still in business? I registered two names with them and called several times (once leaving a message and the remaining times got no answer), sent them email messages and a message on their form, and got zero replies.

Also, they have no independent way that I could find to get my EPP code.

welcome to the club i transferred 4 names to them. the names transferred with no problem. now, when i login to the control panel, i have no control over forward/redirect domain name functions. fortunately the epp code does display within their panel for each domain name. ive emailed support, and used msn with no luck regarding my issues as well. i was testing the waters with them, so i will blame nobody else for my errors in judgement regarding using them. anyway, good luck, ill post further here regarding what transpires with them. thanks

hi-i did hear back from support. there is no redirect/forward for domain names function included in the control panel. i was told by live support on msn that it was included, but i should have clarified what he actually meant. i assumed an account holder had direct control. i was told by support via email, that an account holder must request via technical support to manually forward/redirect a domain name. thanks

I've used some crappy registrars but these guys take the cake.

I registered 4 domains with them during the Feb. $5.55 promo.

One of them is apparently dropped(?!) showing as available to register on several sites including domaintools.com and another has completely disappeared from my triple.com user account.

I called yesterday and got some low-fi recording so I hung up and sent an email. No reply 24 hours later (not even a confirm reply) so I call again and the messages are "out of memory".

WTF? I intend to transfer the domains and never use triple.com again but what about the ones that have apparently dropped? Should I register them? Oy...
