Its 15 year old domain name.

I think we can start like css.tricks.org , computer.tricks.org , games.tricks.org With subdomain.

I was wising to start but have a big company to run.

i'd say max from XX to low XXX ! because of the extension and the plural word !! domain age i don't think that has considerable impact in this case !!
