I got this yesterday. It means "tribune" in turkish language, and i found that it means tribune in other 5 languages such as german, french, dutch ....

All the other extensions are registered. It's especially a top name for a sports(soccer) web site.(In turkey) Could you pls appraise it for me?

It is good name, but for russian.

Tribun - plural "tribune" or "podium".
net - NO or NOT

I think, a more accurate estimate you get here: domenforum.net (it is russian domain forum)

Sorry for my english :)

When it comes to foreign language domains, the .net is at best a third choice. For the most part, first would be the .com, second would be he country extension, and maybe third would be the .net. So at minimum you would have to be willing to sell the name for less than the .com and country code version.

For the Russian ".net" has a special meaning.

piva net - No beer
deneg net -no money
seksa net - No sex
vreveni net - No time

Intersteing, I always thought no in Russian was "niet", that is how it sounds to me anyways.

In that case I think you are right that the best end user might be Russian.

(assuming you and the OP are two different people)

"NO" is written as "HET"
H sound like N
T like T
E - no exact equivalent. sometimes "ie", sometimes "ye"

There is such a thing - Transliteration. This is rule, how to write Russian words in Latin characters.
"HET" written as "NET"

You can look in whois Tribun.NET:

and one of my domain, for example:

Sorry for my english again :)

Your English is good, don't worry about it, thanks for the info on the transliteration of Russian. That is new to me.

In anycase, this name is reg fee to a reseller (that is not Russian of course),

thanks for all the appraisals. They are really valuable for me. And russian friend the domenforum is completley russian! :) Altough we are two neighbour countries i cant speak and write russian.. sorry for that.. So could you pls post a thread about tribun.net appraisal on domenforum?

And "reg fee" comment is something really absurd for this domain i think.. Thanks anyway. I hope would find an end user.

It is not a reg fee name for a russian end user or a reseller that speaks russian end and/or understands it value. I should have been more clear.
