First reg'd 2010.

All majors taken, plus .biz, .us, .co, .co.uk., .uk, .eu, .de, .nl, .webcam.

An outdoor trekking site, equipment store or blog springs to mind immediately for use, but my question is:

What sort of price should I put on this one?

See if you can sell it to the .com site, IMO very few will spend serious money and /or time to develop a .net site. They'll just choose a different .com name
