Hey everyone,

I am after an appraisal for .travelsupersonic.com

I personally think this could be worth a bob or 2 in the future with supersonic travel in the pipeline.

I know most will probably say it's worthless, I'm thinking more down the line towards future.

Just after abit of advice that's all!

Thanks guys

"A bob or 2" - you must be British ("DannyBoy" makes me presume Scot ;))

Anyway... Welcome to NP :)

TravelSupersonic.com is going to be a fair wait to sell for a high price within it's perfect niche, given public Supersonic travel is likely a fair way off a return yet.

It could be worth something now as a brandable for a business with transport in some way. Using the "supersonic" as a meaning of simply "fast travel". Like taxis who pride themselves on quick arrival and delivery etc (bad example, but you get the idea). But I doubt such usage will bring much in the way of a price TBH.

Have a read about the above and monitor it.

Given the above, I'd reg it for 5 years or more in one go (if you have the funds). Monitor the news and progress of supersonic flights. It is a good name and if SuperSonic travel comes about, you will probs get a very good price, it'll be aged by then too..

Price. Hard one to price. Even if Public/commercial supersonic flight came about, there won't likely be a lot of companies doing it, so not much competition to sell to, but I think your keywords are spot on for such a scenario. "FlySupersonic" etc doesn't sound right. You are literally "travelling supersonic".

Hi James,
Yes you are correct, well I'm acually Irish living in England
Thank you for your response it's much appriecated!
That's what I was thinking more to sit on it for a while, from my research they are looking at early 2020, so might be worth doing what you said and re registering for a few more years and watching to see what happens!!

Again thank you for the response mate!! Great advice!!!

SuperSonicTravel seems like a more correct term considering it's supersonic flight, supersonic transit and so forth. Assuming the industry pans out as you hope, you have a chance of a defensive sale for the reverse reg that you have. On a side note I was sad to see the end of the concorde, always wanted to fly on one.

Even if the tech hits and commercial flights take off, it's a low probability sale imho.

Don't forget, to play your supersonic song :) it was a big hit back then.
