I'm thinking this could be developed into a crowd funding site for sick people who need to fund a transplant.
Alternatively it could be a directory for specialist surgeries around the world showcasing what their expertise is.

Any thoughts on its value, the reg fee is $124 USD which is far less than others in this sector.

It's a pretty good domain. No one can predict the value for good domains. It's will be based on the exposure you give it. Start finding buyers. I'm sure it will sell for a good profit.

It is very unlikely that somebody will step up and offer to take this domain of your hands for a good sum.

It's hard to develop a domain like that, unless you are a surgeon or in the medical field....

.com .org .in are registered but unused. .net is available. So an end user will probably ask for a quote for the .com/.org, then consider the next options if pricing is above their budget.

There is so much choice that simply put, I think there are better domains to be had.
