Transfer-Resell Question?

I've tried scanning through previous posts to find this answer and couldn't find it. I apologize if this has been covered before.

My question is, - Is there a waiting period on selling domain names after you've transfered them from one registrar to another. Specifically Namescout.com to GoDaddy.com. I've done this for the first time, and just wanted to be certain before doing anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can sell all the time after transferring it. 60 days waiting period is only after initial registration of the domain, not a transfer.

I have a similar(I think) question. A name can't be transferred before the 60 day hold period. Does it mean I can't sell the name at this time? What if the buyer has an account at the same registrar? Will a push be alright to complete the sale?

You can push a domain as soon as you gain possesion of it, such as at enom.

There will be a 60 day hold that won't allow it to be transferred to another registrar, but you can still transfer it to a new owner at the same registrar.

GoDaddy has an additional restriction as well. A name cannot be transferred away from Godaddy within 60 days of an ownership transfer.

So GoDaddy is not so friendly when it comes to transfers.
