Traffic Exchange Script

Hey,

Im looking for a traffic exchange script (perferably PHP), The main features i need are both free and paid memberships, ability to sell credits, banners etc. Ability to set ratios, referral levels etc.

If you know of a free script or a cheap script which can do this please tell me, rep will be added for help.

no he wants the actual script. Ive been seaching aswell but i cannot see anything very substantial that is legal.
