i am looking for a free banner exchange script and i am looking for the following features in it:
1) Admin panel.
2) User panel.
3) Supports gif, jpeg banners
4) Complete Stats and Reports available to the user once he logs in.
5) Upload Utility Included - so a user can upload his/her banner.
6) Get html code - something of this sort, so that the user can get their code( i know this must be in all of the banner exchange programs).
7) If the user does not insert the code on his website, his banner goes inactive and is not displayed on other sites.
Any idea where can i find this sort of a script?
I am also willing to pay some np$ if anybody has this type of a script and is willing to sell it.
