Traffic Exchange Programs

There are a lot of them out them.Question is are they reliable and provide traffic to sites and therefore may lead to sales.

Your thoughts and opinions and also any recomendations of exchange programs that you've used before.

I have heard of them but never used one.
I dont like sharing that much and giving free advertising to someone else.

Traffic exchanges used to bring fair results when they were new. Now they have become saturated and people have found ways to get around what they were intended to do and the results are poor.

Hello,

I have used a lot of different traffic exchanges over the years - maunal and auto surf ones. I find I get lots of hits to my sites but no real leads, sales or anything like that. So, lots of traffic but not quality traffic.
