I've just spent over 2 weeks setting up tradetemplates.com, a template exchange site.
What it does:
It's an all in one community site where users can sign up, upload and download: templates, code, .psd's, and trade links. It also comes fully integrated with phpbb and a chat system.
Why I'm selling.
I'm selling because this site was setup to advertise my hosting site, maximumhost.org. I have come across an even greater form of advertising and thus if I can sell this and make a decent profit, I can spend more time getting my other sites ready. If not, so be it I'll keep working on it. I'll bet it'll be top 1000 alexa ranking within 6 months. There's really nothing that you need to do with the site, all automated and I will finish skinning phpbb and setting up the chat server, along with removing references to phpbazar and tidying up.
So, what you receive:
Domain name: tradetemplates.com
Website: Full source and images, including my copy and license for PhpBazar
Templates: I've already uploaded 50 templates, will upload 500 more by the end of the week. This is however a user template trading site. I've edited the php so users can submit .zip files, have a look here .
Banner/advertising campaign, as well as SEO. I will do all of this before transfer, and it will be very high on most search engines.
I'm going to start bidding at $500 (maybe unreasonable to some, I don't wanna hear it though!2 weeks of my time is worth that and more). Bidding will end 48 hours after the first bid, or September 29th at 6:00pm est.
I will also be willing to host the site, just ask. Please post here or pm.

There is a full commerce ability included, where users can buy and sell their templates. There will also be a template auction. Lastly you can send newsletters
I've just decided I don't have time to wait for auction, willing to let this go for $350 if someone wants it. Else I will continue work on it :D This will only be good until 9-2603 at 10:00am EST.
