Trademarking Website...

Hey guys, I have a domain called TMCentre.Com, a very common abv. for Trademark.

I'm deciding to develop this thing, but my mind is blank...and I don't know what to do. Someone on here told me to turn it into a TM check website, but no idea on what basis I should do that. Does anyone have scripts related to trademarking etc?

Please give ideas, tips etc.

You could create a database of all trademarked names, terms, services etc.

Vick, I wouldn't waste my time databasing all Trademarks. http://www.uspto.gov is the ONLY place to search for Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, etc. You will need to offer a different niche. Perhaps have trademark forums, directories of trademark lawyers, trademark chat, TMCentre.com original articles. That's my Dos Centavos. Good luck.
