question Trademarked Domain Name

Hi
There are different Marks for the Same Name. If a Domain Name is registered with that Name without developing it into a website for a particular Mark for which Names are registered, does that infringe all the Trademarks registered for that Name ?

It's complicated. If they can prove that you registered it to squat on their TM then yes, if not then no. You're right in what you're saying though, that you should develop a name for real protection into something that doesn't step on other people's toes (on their TM).
