I understand the trade guitars for cash. But a website to trade your guitar for someone else's seems a rough development. Guitars are big and whose going to store them and escrow them. Craigs list probably suits this need. Value would mostly be a music store wanting a person to trade in a guitar on a new one, like a new car lot.
