Ofcourse thats poor value for such keyword, so the same apply to tourism. I think potential is capped at low XXX.
anthonysun said:I do not think Mongolia has a good tourism and I am wondering if some local end user will buy this domain for over low $100. Nevertheless, it is a great name and may be some resellers will buy it as an investment. My estimate is low to mid $xxx.

By the way, my estimate of low to mid $xxx should not be too far away from the money that people are willing to pay. For a .mn domain, you probably will not get over mid $xxx. People still prefer to use .com. The only .mn site you showed is the government site. Moreover, there are tourism everywhere on earth. The main question is how many people go there - because the domain value is associated with the number of people.

As I said -do your research.
Do NOT be offended by the appraisals you receive, as they reflect opinions from individuals who are volunteering their opinions and experience for free. In the end, the value of the domain is what it actually sells for, not what others think its worth.
Porte said:By the way, this is a snap from appraisal guidelines here
So no offense to you, If I give you an estimate based on my own analysis and you found it so low~ or think it should be worth higher value. It is just our opinion. and like I said, we do not just put low estimates on the fly :tu:
You said it's developed
That surely increases the value, but I need to know what kind of traffic are you receiving per day, per month, or whether it is generating revenue, how much. To add this score to the main domain evaluation. Thank you :tu:
I did not PM you my friend? I stated what it is worth here on the main screen to me. I think we misconstrued one another is all. Apologies bud.wot said:This is some sort of Joke :td: - is it 1st April in America - and I do not appreciate unsolicited pm's.

I agree with Porte about the value of the Domain being worth low $xxx.
Obviously as also stated, it is developed which will add value, but how much value depends on both traffic and revenue, as well as the uniqueness and quality of the site.
This looks like a site that would be worth doing some Decent SEO on to try and get it to a high ranking position on the top keywords.
As is, developed I would say it is nearer mid $xxx but higher if the site has decent traffic/revenue.
Hope that helps![]()

Government figures show 385,000 tourists came to Mongolia in 2006, an increase of nearly 14 percent over 2005. Additionally, The Mongolian Department of Tourism is predicting as many as 450,000 tourists will arrive in 2007.
I misconstrued also. Pls excuse me. It is a good name and will go far in time. Good luck.wot said:If you thought I was referring to you then you misunderstood and I apologise for your misinterpretation
Then we need you on every appraisal and you will always have my undivided attention - It would appear that you have a greater knowledge than anyone I know in the business.
