Sorry this is off-topic, but I just tried to reg a .MN myself, everything appeared to work fine but I was never prompted for payment.

How long after doing the registration online did you hear if you actually had the domain or not, and, was payment then requested at that point?

I don't think Mongolia is a tourism hot spot. Maybe developed for Maine or Burma it might be worth something?
