Thanks for the warning. I checked touchpad at USPTO.gov and from the results do I not believe this domain will result in any TM issues.

Did you also search for "touch pad"? There are about a half dozen dead TMs and one live one you may have to be cautious of.

I have searced both "touchoad" and "touch pad" and do not think there will be any TM issues. It does as well not seems that the previously owner had any issues and the keyword "touchpad" is registered with all major extensions by different companies. I also believe "Touchpad" could get considered a generic word.

Thanks for your comment I understand that there can be TM issues (in fact there can be TM issues with quite a few domain in one way or another) I am not saying that there isn´t TM issues because all other major extensions are taken, my point is that this domain and other touchpad domains have been registered for years without any issues (at least it appears so.) and I do not think this domain is in the high risk of causing any troubles for the owner.

I appreciate all your comments but I think we have all understood that some of you believe there can be TM issues. I would now appreciate some comments about value and what such a domain could be used for.
