Also, no real value yet since we have no idea if TotalHD will become anything at all. If you can find someone excited about it, then consider ANY offer. I would hold it, though.
.CA's aren't bad at all other then they are a country TLD and one of the top ones I might add. They are increasing in value so my recommendation is to develop it as a HDTV mini site, gain some traffic/revenue and it will only increase in value. TotalHD is not a common phrase used by consumers yet but it well may be in the near future.

The registration requirements are what spoil them from
most buyers. But - whether it's a .ca a .de or a .us
a keyword is a keyword is a keyword...
just depends on how far the "buyers" market stretches into! :imho:
PS. If it's a US based company with Canadian ties - chances are they
will purchase the .ca as well
