Total Relayout!

Its PJs New Layout Can be Found here

Its PJ.com is over a year old now, and I wanted a new layout for it, so I have done the top link for it, what do you think about it? It looks the same in both firefox and IE (almost, in IE there is a little gap after the banner, but not in firefox)

Is it better, worse, do I need to add somthing, take somthing

Note: The banner will be worked on in time!

The page is quite slow to load, have you made it so that the banner is as small as possible to increase load time, or is it just that the server speed is slowish?

The server speed is fast, the page loads instantly for me. The general coding is done in CSS not XHTML, this maybe the cause, I do not know, this is the first time trying to convert things to CSS from XHTML

Also the Banner isn't small at all!

I meant small in size, it loads a lot quicker now, it was just the first time in loading it took forever... :lol:

Apart from that nice layout except the banner and the background contrast just a little bit too much.....

Thanks Sabre, like I said, the banner is a temp untill I get working on somthing else, its just there to give an idea.
