Torrentstracker.com is a good domain. It has huge monthly and average search. It can sale for mid five figure only if you find a end user. There is a lot o piracy and torrents tracker can make a great software. it has huge potential.

The second domain has no high value as it in plural form. U can sell both the domains as a package or bonus and try extract some extra bucks.
