Tornado Headed This Way

We have a tornado headed this way (15 miles out).. gotta keep an eye out as the sirens just went off! Will let you know if it hits!

Looking at the radar it looks to me as if it will miss us but the warning is in effect until 5pm CST.

Looks like I got home just in time Spent a few hours at the casino!

Been in your shoes before several times- we had one go right overhead and hit just about a quarter of a mile down the road. Not a fun situation.

Same here only I didn't know about it to the next day(I was sound asleep). It went on to do alot of damage about 10-15 min away. This was about 5 years ago or so. Stay safe Dave!

Seems to have passed.. it was a surprise hearing the tornado sirens.. my ex-GF called to warn me too..

I saw 3 tornados at once in Texas as a kid.. they don't scare me really. I'd love to be a storm chaser!

Hey! Glad you're safe! We live in Iowa, so we get tornadoes periodically here too.

One hit on my sister's high school graduation and we had to cancel the thing right in the middle of it... she was 3 people away from her diploma that night

We just had a ton of super cell activity here as well with 3 spotted just south of me and 1 radar indicated just north of me, thankfully none right by us but a lot of penny and nickle sized hail. We are under a tornado watch until midnight now.

lol, nah.. went in with $20, lost that in 10 mins so withdrew another $20 at the casino ATM ($3 fee!) and promptly lost that too, but I had fun!

The most I won on any one spin was $5 at 50 cents a spin.

We got ALOT of strong winds here a bit ago (shook the apt. building) but the rain was never very severe.

At least I got to see "my little friend" tonight.. her dog, Rascal! I hadn't seen him in 3 weeks and he went nuts when he saw me.. even the CAT was glad to see me, came over for a pet!

Hehe.. those "high winds" that shook the apartment building last night apparently ripped most of the shingles off the roof as well!

We also had a few trees down... and today it's colder than a witch's, er, well, you get the idea!
