We get revenue in various ways.

Adsense
Adsense integrated into all archived news for xm and sirius satellite radio.
Also integrated into many articles on the site.

Text link sales
We sell site wide and home page links that get roughly:
20$ / month home page
85$ / month site wide (530 pages)

Product Sales
We also sell satellite radio products and receivers through our store.
Average sales are $385 per day, profit margin depends on product, but typically is between 20%-30% markup.

We also take advantage of Sirius' offer of $40 per new sign up on our site if a referal is made. We average 12 referals per month.

Part of the value of this site is that there isn't anything like it -yet. All pages are done with SEO in mind and I have been heavily gaining back links.

I hope this gives you some insight. As with any site, the structure of advertising changes based on which programs you use and if you sell products. Our site is designed to both sell products and receiver advertising revenue through referal programs and adsense.

YOu could continue using the same advertising structure that I have set up or you could change things around. Products that I get are from a distributor which I use for many different websites. If you dont want to handle product you could convert the shopping pages into Amazon.com referal pages, so yes..

How much does adsense make monthly?

I've recently added adsense to the main page, so I cant figure that revenue in yet, so far its been about $7.00/day for the last 2 weeks. (about $100/month at this rate).

Thats just for the main page.

Other pages (all 531) of them receive plenty of traffic and have been bringing in about $170 per month, for the last 4 months. One think to keep in mind is that the site is about 8 months old, so traffic is picking up very fast now. Especially that the SEO work that I've done is starting to be realized and BLs are starting to mount up. I would expect the site to be making close to $300 a month for the next 2-3 months and $500 a month within 6 months.

Dont forget those product sales and referals to Sirius for sign ups!
These bring in good $$$ too, just depends on advertising and seasons (christmas is coming soon).
