With .mobi domains I tend to think that it would be a site geared towards the average user accessing it via their mobile phone.

And I'm unsure how many internet surfing mobile phone users would be looking up information on toppings.

Random dictionary words arent going to have value unless they have some sort of development potential for a mobile environment, and even then .com is still better.
