Hi,
I'm looking for some toplist script.
I actually don't have any idea how to make,how to get,prices etc.
but I'm looking for some sort of toplist script, so users can add their site to it, before adding it to it, a mail has to be send to me, so I can approve their site.
also in/out counter,rate,review etc.
