Dont use automatic appraisal tools. They are useless trash all of them. I strongly suggest you to ask appraisals here as you are doing now. Keep in mind that everyone has his own point of view. But you can have a more clear image of the value using Namepros.

Nice name! .Net is undervalued for sure these days... I like .net if it's not a brand name, just clear keyword name like this one..
Put it on make offer, you never know how much it could worth to someone.

The group surely is disenchanted by appraisal tools. I myself don't believe in the approach taken by the tools. Few appraisal tools use Rosener formula or variant where organic traffic for the keyword or keyword phrase is mapped as proxy to value of the domain. Few other tools seem which are affiliated with large domain registries seem to find nearest possible sales since they have access to auction data.

Human appraisal itself has a downside. Ask someone to appraise or buy, the price estimate will differ drastically. Thus, I feel automatic appraisal tools are voice of reason.
