well, undeveloped it could get $xx to $xxx from a reseller.

However, it is begging to be developed into a TopSite based on hosting.
t has two excellent keywords for this and you can get a TopSite script for peanuts.

I'd reccommend developing it ASAP rather than sell it for small change.
