TM question on DRONES

PARROT AR DRONE is TM registered as per trademarkia

Does this mean that , PARROT DRONE , DRONE PARROT etc . also are TM'd ?

I couldn't find those words there but only PARROT AR DRONE

Yes you will have issues with this one, drop it if you have any reged. If not stay clear...

The company has a TM next to parrot on their website. And drones look to be a big part of their income. So it could be a problem.

As they other said, stay clear. I wouldn't reg anything that contains the words "PARROT & DRONE" in the same name just to be safe.

If it looks almost exactly like the mark or confused with it then you will have problems. If the name is unique like this one, then there is no question. It is like a mark for Femur Parkway. Those two words would never be put together. You try to come close then it is obvious what you are trying to do and you are toast.
