I wanted to start this thread to see how we all rank TLDs.

Let's see everyones top 7.

I will start

1 .COM
2 .DE
3 .CO.UK
4 .NET
5 .TV
6 .US
7 .ORG

If yours isn't close to mine, don't worry I'm a noob and probably wrong!

I rank them by what I consider resale value. Anything above the line, is a TLD that can easily be sold. Anything below the line, are domains that are difficult to sell, unless they are premium keywords.
