as of right now i personally dont like the .in domain, its not popular right now, however if you keep it for a while and wait for the .ins to become popular you might see some value. You might get a low XX for it now...

0.00 $ IMHO if you consider only Indian market. "trans international railroad" makes no sense to an end internet user in India. If you ask an average Indian like myself, it sounds like typo of "tire" to me.
