Developed this domain will do well for a tourism site.

It's an interesting domain, but I don't see resellers being willing to pay much for it. About the only thing you can do is sit on it and hope that a developer brainstorms the name themselves and has to have it so badly that they contact you. Hard to put a price on it at that point due to the very limited number of end users for it and the difficultly in singling them out and contacting them. So considering everything, I wouldn't be upset over any sale above $100.
