What do you think of this domain? How would you develop it? What about it's value undeveloped?

I see great potential in developing a website with tips, hints and ideas on various topics, i.e. business.tips.info, love.tips.info, etc. Possibly a web 2.0 community with volunteers providing tips and advice on virtually every imaginable topic.

This can be blog site I think with as you said tons of tips on just about every. Sort of like an about.com type of site.

Well the idea that you have for it is a great idea.It may take some serious work for that idea though.It would be worth it in my opinion,but if you want a smaller idea.I was thinking about a site giving info on Tip amounts ,like for giving the proper tip amount for resturaunts,movers,so on son ...(location specific)based on % of the amounts and all and you could make it fun..like ,having things on there like..If you are at a sportsbar watching a Carolina game and you're a Carolina fan but the waitress has a Duke shirt on,her Tip could be..Burn That SHIRT!!!! HaHa ,well ,you get the point right,Hope its of some help.Have A Nice Day----Go HEELS!!!!!!! :D

Put a waitress forum there for them to vent about tip stories. I put myself through school working at a restaurant and I know how they like to complain.
