I tried to submit website by going to :
http://submit.search.yahoo.com/free/request
but got the following error messages:

I have cleared my cookies, deleted interent temp files, still the error remain.
I thought maybe it was yahoo server down, so I tried many time in the last 2 weeks. The same problem. (I was able to submit couple of months ago BTW).
What is the problem?
