There are multiple live Trademarks on Tiger Woods' name. This doesn't necessarily mean you'll have legal problems even with a developed site, just something to keep in mind.

Very difficult to value this name. Most domainers wouldn't touch it since it does have that TM; and someone who's a real fan of T.W. wouldn't pay a lot for this name even if they wanted to erect a blogsite for him... they'd just coin their own name and register it for reg fee, like twoodsblog.com or woodsgolfblog.com etc.
Strong point is that you DO have the entire name, in its simplicity, with the blog; I'll value it as:
resellers = probably wouldn't touch it
end users = if someone really wants it, don't scare them away by asking more than 1 or 2 hundred $ at most for this kind of name.
Or, you can prove me wrong, somehow
