Looking at the phrase "three apple diet" it gets a slight low search volume. The more searched phrase and more common term for that diet is "3 apple a day diet".
Anyway this diet seems to be a growing trend and "Trend domaining" as what they call is a good choice to begin domaining.

I believe the domain by itself is worth reg fee to low $xx.
