Nothing really jumps out at me.

WaveSurfer.net might have some potintial in wholesale value ($10 - $25) but not sure with the other 2.

But if you can find an enduser for these...then thats another story. :D

FreeSurfer.net would be ideal for a directory of "free isp" service providers, or a good name for an independant "free ISP" service stand alone.. .net works for this!

That's what I'm trying to formulate at this time ... through everyone's appraisals, and complemented with my own thoughts. I will likely pursue these with the potential End user's directly ... at least initially, and then go from there. I would say, generally, my End user levels ("range") here are from $75 - $250+, though I haven't yet completed this research and information gathering.
